The video appeared on the website of İstiklal on 12 May 2020 with the same claim.
It is obvious that the video in the claim was shared by a channel called Media elshar3 on YouTube on 1 March 2020. The explanation of the post says that the video is a short film and shows the miracle experienced after the attack of a dog to people praying.
The video shows that the dog which was set on people performing prayer calmed down and did not harm those people. The same channel shared short films before. People in the video played a role in other films.
This video is fictional; however, in the previous years, the Israel army used dogs against Palestinians.
In conclusion, the claim is not true. The post in question is an example of a false connection.
